The History of American Indian Cafe:

After over 7 months of hard work and dressing it up the American Indian Cafe opend on Dezember 19th 2001 for the first time. We started with all the best we could get - delicious food, our best in cocktails, a video screen and a Bose Soundsystem for unforgettable nights. 32 Tables were served by our obliging waiters, barkeepers and bargirls.

On January 28th 2004 one of the most famous life bands on Lanzarote, "Question" started playing in the American Indian Cafe on a small stage and more and more people spent their nights from 10.00 to 2.00 here. Question is famous for the best in rock and pop musik -  from the 60ies to now! Alas there was little room for dancing.

That was why the AIC closed in spring 2006 to rebuild the whole Cafe.

The neighbouring  restaurant had to give way to the new American Indian Cafe, twice the size of the old one - with now 64 tables you can choose of . We spend 2 ½ months in rebuilding, improving and dressing up a great new place!

Now there is a big new stage for our band, a dancefloor where many people can dance through the night and now there are 3  video screens for the best in rock and pop videos. The bar on the left hand side got much bigger and people now can watch the whole AIC from a nice little stage on the reverse side.

Now a team about 30 waiters, barkeepers and  bargirls are ready to serve you everything our house can affort and to deliver good mood, delicious food and give you entertainment in the finest way.
